All About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all engineering activities to support safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

 

This position plays a key leadership role in developing the site's manufacturing strategy, ensuring engineering resources and capital investments support business growth, operational excellence, and the company's sustainablility objectives.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Experience laeding capital projects and manufacturing process improvements
  • Experience with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Project management
  • Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
  • Process Optimization and Capacity Planning
  • CAD, ERP, and Manufacturing Systems knowledge
  • Financial analysis and business case development

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team with clear goals and performance measures.
  • Build capability, succession plans, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Improve productivity, quality, throughput, cost, equipment effectiveness, and process reliability.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis to eliminate waste, variation, and bottlenecks
  • Deliver capital projects, CERs, and business cases from concept through implementation.
  • Advance automation, digital manufacturing, new products, process transfers, and capacity expansion.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and reduce scrap, rework, complaints, and process variation.
  • Support audits, compliance, safety, and sustainable, energy-efficient engineering solutions.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
  • Support strategic planning, customer visits, major initiatives, and global best-practice sharing.
