The ESS Project Director is responsible of the commercial and operational development as well as safety performance of his project. The position is in charge of establishing and achieving business objectives to support ESS division. He/She leads operationial actions, the delivery of the project based on ESS process and tools, as well as the deployment of after-sales strategy. The position is in charge to settle the proper project organization, to develop and to lead the team. The Project Director is supported by the VP Project, the head of NAM Region as well as global operation and commercial teams.
Main tasks include:
• Build a strong project managemant plan including resources plan, strategic planning, quality plan, communication plan and risk management
• Oversee daily operation, planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective, using ESS methods and tools and international Standards
• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the financial and operating condition of the project
• Relationships with partners, suppliers and customers
• Project forecast/budget preparation and operational performance monitoring
• People management, Safety and Integrity monitoring
