All About You

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspection Coordinator to provide support with Operations and Engineering with quality inspection throughout the Manufacturing Process to ensure compliance with Process Specifications and industry specifications.  Communicates and develops relationships with DMCA and customers as required.  Perform, and report, Internal Audit activities toward company compliance to established Quality Management Systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a quality technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment such as calipers, micrometers, volt meters, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey quality-related information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and other computer programs.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs from the floor to chest height.
  • Battery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results and testing procedures and report findings to the quality manager.

  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.

  • Monitor and analyze data from tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Support training initiatives by sharing knowledge on quality standards and practices with other team members.

Salary Range

USD $19.50 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
