All About You

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Final Cell Inspector / Packer to join our team. As a Final Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and ensuring that the finished products meet our quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Requirements

-High school diploma

-Ability to lift 40 lbs. from the floor to chest height

-Ability to spend long periods of time sitting or standing

-Experience using calipers, micrometers and volt meters

-Able to interpret visual standards

-Experience reading and interpreting engineering standards

-Ability to navigate through basic spreadsheets and other computer programs

-Battery experience is a plus – no battery experience required

-Citizen or green card holder

Responsibilities

As a quality inspector in final inspection, you will work on a range of inspection and shipping tasks that include but are not limited to:

-Inspection preparation: Peeling shrink-wrap or stickers from cells

-Conduct tests on battery performance (open current voltage measurements)

-Shipping: Prepare and package batteries for shipment according to company and regulatory guidelines

-Maintain quality control procedures and standards for battery production and shipment

-Manage documentation related to quality control

-Perform visual and physical inspections and measurements of batteries and battery components to detect defects or deviations from specifications

-Support the investigation of quality incidents and contribute to root cause analysis

-Coordinate with project management to ensure shipping schedule is understood and met

Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $21.50 /Hr.
