Saft Aerospace, Defense and Performance Division is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to offer creative solutions and dynamic marketing know-how to boost Saft’s U.S. marketplace presence. This role will primarily involve supporting our ADP division in its marketing and communications initiatives, with additional support for all Saft America sites. The successful candidate will play an integral part in organizing and executing marketing events, creating marketing collateral, and supporting key marketing and sales functions.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications (or 3 years equivalent experience).

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

·       Experience in video editing and filming.

·       Experience in event planning and management.

·       Experience working in an international setting with a matrix organization.

·       Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work autonomously.

·       Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required for event support and meetings.

·       Knowledge of Saft is preferred.

• Organize and execute marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
  • Tracking the budget.
  • Interfacing with outside agencies and vendors.
  • Raising P.O.s and supervising the payment process.
  • Making decisions regarding supplies and services needed.
  • Participating in meetings with stakeholders event regarding plans.
• Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, data sheets, infographics, videos, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Project management support, creation, editing or managing outside agency if necessary.
  • Understanding stakeholders' needs and participating in meetings as necessary.
  • Proficiency in graphic design principles and tools.
  • Understanding of and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support the Saft communications function by assisting with key events and content creation.
  • Reporting on event KPIs.
  • Reporting on event budget spending.
  • Tracking survey feedback results.
• Provide local site support, including acquiring marketing promotional items, offering sales support, tracking site marketing budgets, and managing special projects related to customer visits and HR-related events and activities.
