Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or relevant experience in selling electrical solutions.
  • A minimum of 2 years' of experience in field sales or energy solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • This position requires 50% or more travel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales performance.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
