We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrochemical Clean and Charge (ECC) Operator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrochemical cleaning and charging processes, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining the integrity and quality of the products that our company is known for. As an ECC Operator, you will operate specialized equipment, monitor operational parameters, and carry out quality control inspections to adhere to strict safety and quality standards. You will also collaborate closely with fellow operators and engineering teams to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. This position requires you to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all regulatory health and safety standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or electrochemical environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrochemical processes and equipment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions and engineering (E-docs) documents.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • This position requires the incumbent to safely drive and operate a forklift and a mechanical hoist.

  •  

    Ability to stand for long periods of time and work 12-hour shifts/OT when required.

  • Capable of working in extreme (cold and hot) temperatures while wearing protective clothing for long periods of time.
  •  

    Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs.).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate electrochemical cleaning and charging equipment to meet production targets.
  • Monitor and adjust operational parameters to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of machinery to prevent downtime.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Document all operational data and report any irregularities or issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure that work areas are clean and organized.
