• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role
• 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing facility with increasing levels of responsibility
• 2+ years of experience manufacturing recruiting
• Solid understanding of HR principles, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• HRCI certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Concur and iCIMS is a plus

• This is a fully on-site position.
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and recommending appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR
• Will assist in daily recruiting activities using Indeed and Linked-In
• Examine unemployment compensation claims, identify and forward discrepancies in claims; compiles data on claims and secures witnesses for unemployment compensation claims hearings
• Continuous interaction with department contacts and making regular visits to ensure understanding of processes and give support for one-on-one training and questions
• Facilitate human resource transactions, including promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations and maintenance of relevant documents and records
• Coordinate in-house communication & community communication programs
• Assist with the development & administration of all aspects of the company’s training and development program
• Will make all travel plans for the Cockeysville, MD as need.
